We have all read tastings notes that list things that we have never put in our mouths. Learn how to identify new flavors and gain the vocabulary needed to express the nuances in whatever your drinking. We will never tell you you are wrong in what you taste. What we will do is teach you the skill to be able to taste and identify flavors better than most masters in the world.
