It's Just Booze

It's Just Booze was founded by Jonathan "JD" Darrow. Growing up in the Washington D.C area he experienced luxury and private events steps from Capitol Hill. When he turned 18 he moved across the country to Las Vegas to study Beverage Management at the Renowned UNLV Hospitality School. There he met his mentor Sir Dr. Adam Carmer founder of The Freakin' Frog and The Whisky Attic. Fresh out of school Jonathan became the general manager of the largest selection of beer in America with a menu of over 3000 unique beers as well as one of the only private whisky tasting rooms in the world.

 

In 2014 The Whisky Attic branched off and became a recognized as an educational facility specializing in Whisky, the only one of its kind at that point. For the next 8 years he worked as their Director of Education, doing private tastings, classes, and events to well over 100,000 people. He now has taken his vast experience and prowess in the booze field and expanded into It's Just Booze. Currently he is working on a series of books and travel guides to drinking around America and the World.
