How far will you travel for an event?
It’s Just Booze is based in Las Vegas and Northern California, but we are happy travel at a moments notice to any domestic or international event.
Do you provide the Booze and Glassware?
It depends on the event, location and clients needs that may be possible. However we do provide logistical support to assist in acquisition.
How much does a tasting cost?
Pricing depends on the number of guests, location, whisky selection, and services included. Reach out through the inquiry form with some details, and we’ll put together a custom quote.
Who picks what gets tasted
Typically, we curate the selection based on the theme, guest preferences, and overall event goals — drawing from a wide range of styles, regions, and flavor profiles. However, if there’s a specific bottle, distillery, or type of whisky you’re excited about, we’re more than happy to incorporate it into the lineup whenever possible. It’s your experience — let’s make it personal.
Can you entertain a large group or corporate event?
We sure can. We’ve worked with groups from 5 to 500+ and can scale the experience accordingly — including multiple presenters, bar staff, AV support, and branded collateral if needed.
Is there an educational component to the event?
Definitely. Education is at the heart of what we do. From whisky basics and tasting techniques to deep dives into history and distilling — we tailor the level of information to your group’s interest and vibe.
Do you represent any specific brands?
No, we are totally independent and are not limited to specific brands, styles, or products.
Can you customize the tasting to a specific theme or region?
Absolutely! We love building custom tastings — whether you want to explore Scotch regions, American craft whiskey, Japanese expressions, or even a “world tour” of whiskies. Let us know your vision, and we’ll design around it.
Do you offer cigar pairings?
Yes, cigar pairings are available for private tastings and special events. We partner with trusted cigar vendors and can help design an experience that brings out the best in both spirits and smoke.
Can I book you for a private party or wedding?
Of course. Whether it’s a bachelor dinner, welcome cocktail hour, or the reception itself, we can bring whisky (and more) into your celebration in a way that’s meaningful, fun, and unforgettable. Reach out and we’ll build you a special package for your special occasion.
Do you offer virtual tastings?
Yes! We can host virtual whisky tastings for remote teams, client appreciation events, or special celebrations. We’ll help coordinate shipping kits (where legally allowed) and host a live, interactive tasting over Zoom or your preferred platform.
Are It’s Just Booze team members ServeSafe and RBS / TAM certified?
Yes, all of our team members are fully certified and up to date with their ServeSafe and RBS/TAM training. We take health, safety, and responsible service very seriously and are committed to maintaining the highest standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Do you have a Certificate of Insurance (COI)?
Yes, we carry a current Certificate of Insurance and are happy to provide it upon request. Just let us know what details you need, and we’ll send it right over.
Do you sell the bottles?
We do not sell or resell bottles, our goal is to educate and entertain. However if there are particular bottles you are hunting for, let us know and we may be able to assist.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes! We can create a full “zero-proof” tasting experience with spirit-free cocktails, specialty sodas, or coffee-based pairings for guests who prefer to skip the booze but still want in on the fun.
How long does a typical tasting event last?
Most tastings run between 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the number of pours, format, and level of education or entertainment involved. We’re happy to tailor the experience to suit your event flow.
